Our Process: 7 Steps for a Successful Home Remodeling Project
Our 7-Step Process ensures that every home remodeling project we complete meets our client’s highest expectations. It is based on our extensive design-build experience and long-standing commitment to customer satisfaction. Following these steps ensures we get it right every single time.
Step One:
Initial Consultation
We provide a free, no-obligation consultation to homeowners interested in our design-build services. This allows us to get to know one another and review your project needs and budget. We’ll discuss your vision, offer suggestions, and share our project portfolio to get you inspired!
Once you decide to work with us, we will meet with you again to discuss your project options in greater detail. We will also gather additional information about your space in the form of photos, measurements, and project assessment documents.
Step Two: Information Gathering & Planning
Following a careful review of your project information, we will create a formal project proposal, which will outline the scope of your project, materials, and estimated cost. After reviewing your Project Proposal, you will have an opportunity to ask questions and make any needed revisions.
Step Three:
Project Proposal
We will meet again to review and finalize the Project Proposal, ensuring it meets your expectations and aligns with your budget. From here, a final Project Plan Agreement (PPA) is created and signed by both parties. The PPA will include the following:

Once you sign off on the PPA and make your project deposit, we will add it to our production queue.
Step Four: Project Plan Agreement (PPA)
After we have received your signature and deposit, we will create a formal project design. After you have reviewed it, we will meet again to discuss any needed adjustments and make final product and material selections.
Step Five: Project Design & Review
Once you have approved your project design and we have secured the necessary permits, construction begins! We will keep you informed on the progress of your project and address any questions or concerns you may have along the way.
Step Six: Project Build
Step Seven: Your Final Approval & Payment
Once your project is complete, you will be asked to give it a thorough review. We won’t ask for a final payment until your project meets your complete satisfaction. From here, it’s time to celebrate and enjoy your new space!
